Now my doctor along with surgeons reviewed the results of X-ray and they believe that surgery is probably the best option now. I'm going back to Lund next week for a new examination under general anesthesia (9: the time I sövs since it started, begin to have routine) and then surgeons must also attend to take the absolute final decision.

Since the tumor is active, it's the proliferation point of view, nice to get away but unfortunately it is not just the tumor removed ... Everything in the vicinity as it can spread to be removed so the result is stoma and artificial bladder (the second, I will not miss ). But as my son put it - better to have a mother with bag on his stomach than no mother at all, lucid and wise son!

The feeling when I found out it is the same as when I was told I had cancer - total emptiness. When you go home and doing fairly well and nibbling morphine so it is easy to forget that in fact, is seriously ill. Too bad they have to remind myself more often, thrive so good in my little bubble ... Even when I write about it so it feels sometimes as if it's myself I write about - the reality is a little too hard to handle sometimes.
